Over A Century Of Costume-Making Behind One Dinosaur Suit
Many fancy dress costumes come from generic, unbranded suppliers with no real track record. Smiffys brings 125 years of family-run costume heritage to even its simplest children's outfits, including this T-Rex design.
A genuine 125-year costume heritage
Smiffys is a family business with 125 years of experience in costumes, wigs, makeup, and accessories — genuine, long-established expertise behind the product rather than a newly founded, generic costume brand.
Rigorously tested to safety standards
All Smiffys products are manufactured and tested by an in-house safety team to comply with the latest EU and American safety standards — a concrete, independently relevant safety commitment for a children's product.
A complete two-piece costume set
The costume includes both a green and purple jumpsuit and a separate T-Rex character head piece — a genuinely complete outfit rather than a single garment requiring separate accessory purchases.
Designed specifically for the 5-6 age range
The costume is sized specifically for children aged 5 to 6 — a targeted fit rather than a generic one-size design that may not suit younger or older children well.
Genuinely unisex design
The costume is designed as a unisex jumpsuit, suitable for any child regardless of gender — broad appeal rather than a design marketed narrowly to one group.
Versatile across multiple occasions
The costume is specifically suited to World Book Day, Halloween, and general fancy dress parties — genuine multi-occasion value rather than being limited to a single event type.
Simple, practical care instructions
The costume requires sponge cleaning only — a straightforward care routine that keeps maintenance manageable for busy parents, rather than requiring special washing procedures.
