Protecting the Table Without Hiding It
Protecting the Table Without Hiding It
A table that's a genuine piece of furniture deserves protection that doesn't obscure it. The vidaXL Table Protector is a matte PVC layer designed to sit on the surface while keeping its appearance simple.
The stated specifications
The vidaXL listing identifies this protector as matte PVC, 100 × 60 cm and 1.6 mm thick. It says the mat helps protect against scratches and is easy to clean. These are the seller's stated specifications, not a guarantee against every kind of damage.
Repels liquids; does not promise impermeability
vidaXL describes the PVC as water-repellent and says it helps repel oils and other liquids. The listing also describes it as easy to clean. Treat these as product descriptions rather than a promise that liquids cannot penetrate or that spills will never mark a surface.
Trim to fit
The listing states there is a 1–2 cm tolerance at the edges and that the soft PVC can be cut to a desired shape. Measure carefully before trimming.
Who it may suit
The listing describes use on furniture in spaces such as the dining room, living room, or home office. Check the listing for current options and suitability for the specific surface. It does not establish that this mat is suitable for use on floors.
