The sector name is not the specification

A bakery is not required to choose the product carrying “Bäckerei” in its title, and a specialist shop still needs to compare dimensions and backing. The retail page is the only selected page that explicitly says every size; verify maximum production width, edge treatment and shape before supplying artwork.

The Fachgeschäft page explicitly states a slip-resistant design. That claim should be matched to the intended floor and applicable test classification. A rubber-backed mat can still move on dust, moisture or an incompatible surface.

Artwork and cleaning determine the result

Request a proof showing safe margins, colour conversion and how small text will reproduce in the chosen size. A logo file that looks sharp on screen may not remain legible in textile printing. Confirm orientation relative to the doorway before approval.

“150x washable” is a merchant durability claim under its cleaning conditions, not permission for any temperature, detergent or dryer. Obtain the exact wash instructions and clarify whether the stated life depends on commercial laundering. Entrance mats also need drying and rotation; a saturated mat cannot continue trapping moisture effectively.

Measure door clearance, recess depth and the full traffic path. A mat that catches a door edge creates a trip risk regardless of branding.
