A Bouquet That Arrives Through the Letterbox, Not Just the Door

Traditional flower delivery depends on someone being home to receive it, or a courier leaving a bouquet to wilt on a doorstep. Serenata's Floral Ratatouille sidesteps that problem entirely, specifically designed to be delivered flat through a standard letterbox.

A genuinely considered seven-flower combination

The bouquet combines 18 stems across seven distinct flower types — Crisp Cerise Roses, Whimsical Yellow Roses, Vivid Orange LA Lilies, Enrapturing Cerise Stocks, Playful Yellow Solidagos, Ethereal Blue Irises, and Delicate Blue Asters — a genuinely varied mix rather than a single-flower-type bunch.

Delivered in bud for longer-lasting blooms

The flowers are specifically delivered while still in bud, allowing them to open naturally at home — extending the bouquet's overall lifespan compared to flowers that arrive already fully bloomed.

A letterbox-friendly format, by design

As a letterbox bouquet, Floral Ratatouille is specifically packaged to fit through a standard UK letterbox — meaning delivery doesn't depend on anyone being home to physically receive it, removing a genuine common frustration with flower gifting.

A brief recovery period is normal, not a flaw

Serenata is specifically upfront that letterbox blooms may look a little tired after their journey, and should be given up to 48 hours in a vase to look their best — honest guidance about the format's natural trade-off rather than overpromising an instantly perfect unboxing.

Free, tracked next-day delivery as standard

The bouquet includes free, tracked next-day delivery — removing both the cost and the uncertainty of not knowing exactly when a gift will arrive.

Genuinely strong, consistent customer satisfaction

Floral Ratatouille holds ratings above 4.4 stars from thousands of buyers, with independent reviews specifically praising freshness and longevity, including blooms lasting more than a week — broad, repeated satisfaction rather than a handful of cherry-picked testimonials.

A bundle option for a more complete gift

Beyond the standalone bouquet, a Floral Ratatouille Bundle adds a teddy bear and a small box of luxury pralines — letting the gift be upgraded into a fuller package for a more significant occasion.

Genuinely positioned for spontaneous, everyday gifting

Serenata specifically frames the bouquet around unexpected gestures — sending flowers when only a thank-you note was expected — reflecting a brand identity built around everyday thoughtfulness, not just major calendar occasions.
